The Dessert Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting volunteer bakers with individuals in need to spread sweetness through desserts. Our goal is to promote volunteerism and create a positive impact in our communities through the joy of desserts.
Our Mission
Baking for a Cause
Organizing volunteer-led baking initiatives where members create and distribute homemade desserts to individuals/families
Community Partnership
Collaborating with local nonprofits, schools, and organizations to identify those in need and coordinate dessert deliveries.
Fundraising
Hosting bake sales, donation campaigns, and ingredient drives to sustain our efforts and expand our impact
Educational Workshop
Offering baking tutorials, food safety workshops, and guest speaker sessions to enhance members' baking skills and nonprofit knowledge.
Spreading Awareness
Using social media, campus events, and outreach campaigns to promote the importance of community support and volunteerism through baking
